2019-20: Saw action in one event on the shortened season ... finished tied for 28th out of 80 players with a two-day score of 157 (76-81) at the Spartan Invitational (Royal Manchester Golf Links - Mt. Wolf, Pa.)

2018-19: Played in 16 rounds for the Spartans in eight tournaments ... finished the season with an average of 80.94 ... earned his best finish of the year with a ninth place finish in the one day Elizabethtown Spring Invitational as he shot a 77 ... finished 18th at the CAC championships as he finished with a three day total of 241 ... shot 79 in the first two rounds before closing with an 83 ... shot a season-best 77 twice during the year. 

2017-18: Appeared in eight events and finished 16 rounds...finished his freshman season with two top tens...shot a season low 70 at the Rosemont Ravens Invitational...had his best finish when he placed fifth at the Penn State Harrisburg Invitational shooting a season best 149.

Personal: Is a leadership and organizational dynamics major while he is also pursuing a minor in human resources ... is the son of Paul and Kristen Sowa ... played for Matthew Eby at Massaponax High School ... was named the Free Lance Star All-Area Player of the Year as a senior ... was the Conference 15 Player of the Year ... earned an Academic Letter all four years at Massaponax ... was a Social Studies scholar ... is a multiple time member of the YCP Dean's List.
