2021: Had another big year for the Green and White ... competed in six events as a junior ... opened the season with back-to-back 28th place finishes at the Galen Piper Challenge and the Moravian Invitational ... set a new 6K PR at Moravian with a time of 20:21.4 ... finished 13th at the DeSales Invitational with an 8K time of 27:04.9 ... finished a strong third at the LVC Last Chance Run Fast event with a time of 27:41.4 ... placed 11th at the MAC Championships as he recorded a time of 27:23.3 to earn second-team All-MAC honors ... earned a top 40 finish at the NCAA Division III Mid-Atlantic Championships, crossing the line in a time of 28:08.0. 

2020: Season canceled due to COVID

2019: Capital Athletic Conference Rookie of the Year ... NCAA All-Region honoree (first freshman in program history) ... First Team All-CAC honoree ... finished 5th at the CAC Championships to help lead the Spartans to their second-straight conference title ... finished 6th at the NCAA Mideast Regional Championships as the Spartans finished sixth as a team.
