Spartans Shutout by Franklin and Marshall

YORK, Pa. - The York College men's tennis team sustained a 7-0 loss to Franklin and Marshall at home on Tuesday afternoon.

How It Happened
The Diplomats opened the competition by sweeping all three doubles matches, including a pair of 6-1 victories at the first and second flights. Chase Fronczkiewicz and Parker Smith scored three points in and battled in a 6-3 loss at the third flight.

F&M swept all six singles matches and posted a pair of shutouts at the third and sixth flights. Sidney Weissert earned three points in the first set of his 6-3, 6-0 loss at the second flight, while John Shatinsky also scored a trio of points in his first set in a 6-3, 6-0 loss at the fourth flight.
