Men’s Swimming Edges Drew for a One-Point Win

MADISON, N.J. - The York College men's swimming team squeaked out a 129-128 victory at Drew on Friday night to remain undefeated on the season.

Highlights
The Spartans won seven of 16 events on the night with six individual victories. York also racked up a total 20 top-three performances throughout the program.

Brenden Stuhltrager led the way for the Spartans with a team-high three individual wins and anchored the winning 200 freestyle relay. The senior edged out a win in the 50 backstroke by .47 seconds, won by nearly a full second in the 100 freestyle and posted a .21-second margin of victory in the 50 butterfly.

Cooper Stiles posted a pair of wins in the 50 breaststroke and the 100 IM, while capturing second in the 200 breaststroke and contributing to a second-place finish in the 200 medley relay.

Collin Mays was York's third winner of the night as he placed first in the 200 backstroke, while finishing third in the 50 backstroke.
