COLLEGEVILLE, PA – The York College women's swim team made their first road trip Saturday as they traveled to Collegeville, PA to take on the Ursinus College Bears in a non-conference contest. The Bears bested the Spartans 122-63. York falls to 0-3 with the dual meet loss.
The Spartans got two more first place finishes from
Isabella Klemm as the sophomore continues to shine for the Green and White. Klemm won the 200 IM with a time of 2:13.65 and captured victory in the 100 breaststroke with a time of 1:07.10. Klemm now has five individual first place finishes in three dual meet season.
Senior
Araby Marston earned a pair of runner-up finishes as she was second in the 50 free and the 100 breaststroke. Junior
Kendra Winkleblech had a good day as she finished second in the 1000 free and third in the 100 fly. Sophomore
Camden Perella also had a second and a third. She was second in the 100 free and third in the 200 free for the meet.
