Spartan Women Close Out Home Slate Wednesday Night

YORK, Pa. - The Spartan women's swimming team closed out the home portion of their schedule with a 128-74 loss to Dickinson on Wednesday night.

The Spartans are now 1-5 overall with a home record of 1-2. The Red Devils improve to 7-3 overall this season and 2-1 in opposing waters.

York collected 12 top-three individual finishes on the night, including a pair of first-place performances by Isabella Klemm in the 100 backstroke and 100 breaststroke. Taylor Harper grabbed a pair of silvers in the 100 butterfly and 200 IM, while Sara Zimmerman earned a second (1000 free) and a third (500 free), in addition to Camden Perella who placed second in the 100 free and third in the 200 free.

Klemm's 1:02.66 in the 100 back is the top time on the team this season and ranks top-15 in the Middle Atlantic Conference.
