Spartan Women Stay Hot as Win Streak Grows to Six

FROSTBURG, MD – The York College women's swim team extended their win streak to six as they swept a Saturday tri-meet at Frostburg State University. The Spartans defeated Frostburg State 65-57 and Salem International 92-29.

Notes:

Sophomore Maddy Mann picked up two more wins as she now owns 18 individual victories in the Spartans' nine meets so far this season … freshman Eanna Hehir-Keys now has 10 individual wins for the year … freshman Caitlin Campbell earned her fourth individual win of the year as she was victorious in the 200 backstroke … junior Kacey Banks picked up her fourth win of the year as she won the 200 butterfly.

 

Up Next:

The Spartans return to the Grumbacher Center on Saturday, January 14 when they host Marymount and Washington & Lee in a quad meet in York. The Spartans will celebrate Senior Day prior to the meet which is scheduled for a 1:00 pm start.
