OWINGS MILLS, MD – The York College men's tennis team opened the spring portion of their 2016 schedule with a tight 5-4 non-conference win over Stevenson University on Saturday afternoon in Owings Mills, Maryland.

Notes: The Spartans have alternated one win and one loss in each game this season as York has won their first, third and fifth matches of the year … York is now 1-1 in matches decided by one point … York has won 16 straight matches against Stevenson (and Villa Julie) … the one-point decision was the closest in the series between the two schools.
