Kim Kabernagel enters her third year on Jen Muston's staff in 2015-16, focusing on the defense.
Kabernagel excelled at both soccer and lacrosse at Drexel University where she received her degree in Biology in 2009. She then went on to the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and graduated in 2013. She currently works at Wellspan York Hospital as a Family Medicine Resident.
During her soccer career at Drexel, she was the team’s Most Valuable Player in 2008, named a Philadelphia Inquirer Academic All-star, as well as an NSCAA Regional Scholar Athlete.
In lacrosse, Kabernagel was a three year starter as a defensive midfielder and draw specialist. She was named to the Philadelphia Inquirer Academic All Star Team in 2009, and also placed on the IWLCA Academic Honor roll in 2008 and 2009.
Kabernagel graduated medical school in 2013 and is in her third year of residency.
Kabernagel’s coaching experience includes assisting at St. Hubert’s Catholic high school in Philadelphia, as well as private training.
