YORK, Pa. – The York College women's lacrosse team is ready for a rematch with the Catholic University Cardinals in the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament on Saturday at Middlebury University in Middlebury, Vt. First draw is set for 2:30 p.m.

The Spartans advanced to their fourth Sweet 16 in school history with a 10-3 win over Washington & Lee last Sunday at Kinsley Field. Earlier this season, the Cardinals edged out the Spartans 14-13 in Washington D.C. as part of a four-game road trip for the Green and White. After that loss, York rattled off nine consecutive wins and has won 10 of its last 11 games.
