Spartan Head Coach Betsy Witman to Appear on Hoopsville Sunday Night

YORK, PA - York College head women's basketball coach Betsy Witman will be a guest on the national d3hoops.com Hoopsville broadcast hosted by Dave McHugh on Sunday night.

Coach Witman is scheduled to be on the show at 7:15 pm.

Hoopsville is the only show dedicated to Division III basketball in the world. The show first hit the air in November of 2000 and this season mark's the show eleventh season overall.

McHugh is the creator and host of Hoopsville which broadcasts out of McHugh's personal studios in the Baltimore area. The show airs on Sundays and Thursdays from 7-9 PM EST. Archives of each show are also available for those who could not tune in while it was on the air.

Each show, Dave talks to coaches, players, administrators, reporters and expects from around the country to take a look at the previous week of Division III basketball and what is ahead. The show also interacts with listeners through Twitter, Facebook, email and a chat room.

Hoopsville has also traveled and broadcast live at the NCAA Division III Men's Basketball Championship Weekend in Salem every year since 2001 including special pre- and post-game coverage at the unique Elite Eight and Final Four in 2013. Hoopsville was also on the road to the women's championship weekend in Holland, Michigan for the first time this season in 2013.
