    Spartans' Men's Programs Capture 2009-10 CAC Commissioner's Award For the first time in school history, the York College Spartans captured the 2009-10 Capital Athletic Conference Men’s Commissioner’s Award as announced by the CAC office recently. The award, which signifies the most outstanding men’s athletic program in the conference, is in it’s third year of existence as the Spartans accumulated 76.0 points, edging last year’s champion, Salisbury University, by 2.5 points in the overall standings. Mary Washington finished third followed by Wesley.
