    The York College men’s soccer team has started a new tradition. The Spartans have begun to make a monthly trip to visit patients at the York Hospital pediatric unit.

    The four-time Capital Athletic Conference champion York College men’s soccer team recently received more post-season accolades. Four Spartan players have been selected to the 2012 NCAA Division III Men All-South Atlantic Region teams as announced by the NSCAA recently. York had more selections than any other school in the region.

  • Pearson's Goal and a Schmidt Stop Lifts Men's Soccer to Second Round

    The York College men’s soccer team advances to the second round the NCAA Tournament courtesy of a second half goal by senior captain Cody Pearson (Crofton, Md./DeMatha Catholic) as the Spartans edged St. Joseph’s of Long Island 1-0 in the opening round of the tournament at Graham Field in York. With the win, York improves to 18-2-2 while the Golden Eagles finish out their season with a final record of 13-10.
