YORK, Pa. - York College men's lacrosse senior goalkeeper Tyler Powell was selected as the Capital Athletic Conference Men's Lacrosse Defensive Player of the Week as released by the conference office on Monday.

Powell helped the Spartans to a 2-0 week over a pair of Capital Athletic Conference opponents. Against Hood on Wednesday, the Green and White captured an 11-5 victory before topping Frostburg State 14-6 on Saturday in Frostburg.
