Andrew Otterberg begins his first year on the Spartan staff after graduating from Kutztown University this past spring where he earned his Sport Management degree with a concentration in Coaching and Administration. 

Otterberg was a three-year letter winner for the Golden Bears where he owned a career .378 OBP. The Golden Bears won 100 games during his tenure including the 2010 Atlantic Region Championship which led to a trip to the Division II College World Series.

Coach Otterberg attended Wall Township High School in New Jersey and began his coaching career as the Wall Township Junior Legion Head Coach in 2008.  After two years at the helm of the junior legion program, he became an assistant on the Senior Legion team for the 2010 campaign.  In 2011, he was a member of the coaching staff for the New Jersey Niners 16U and 18U showcase teams. 

Coach Otterberg will be responsible for the development of YCP's outfielders and will coach first base.
